Art Exhibition at Serenity Luxury Villas
"Art &Villas" is a unique proposition in Tenerife. This innovative initiative comes from VIA Unique Properties and the developer Sereniavulco SLU along with RMC Properties, based in Bratislava. A project curated by Beatriz Roca, for the promotion of the "Serenity Luxury Villas" complex, 27 premium villas fully finished and equipped in one of the most privileged locations in the south of the island.
The idea of creating an art exhibition as a marketing and PR strategy for a project of this magnitude has become a catalyst for the promotion of art in the luxury real estate sector in Tenerife. A symbiosis where art brings to life an architectural project and in turn, visitors will enjoy a collection of works that could become part of their future home. In addition, the collaboration of partners such as Porsche and Taittinger consolidates the vision of excellence of this proposal. The six artists participating in "Art and Villas": Carlos Nicanor, Gabriel Roca, Estefanía B. Flores, Juan Carlos Batista, Óscar Latuag, and Gabriel Tondreau, have contributed their unique vision, each from their personal style. You will find organic, naturalistic, and geometric works that capture the essence of the Canary Islands and their inspiring surroundings.
